NextGen:iLab

High school students are Pittsburgh’s most important resource. They embody the next generation of business, creative, and civic entrepreneurs. They possess untapped potential to grow our economies and strengthen our communities. NextGen:iLab is the first youth-led, social venture incubator in Pennsylvania, designed to provide high school students with the training, experience, and relationships needed to nurture that potential to fruition.

NextGen:iLab leverages the energy, creativity, and vision of our kids, while growing their capacity to succeed in today’s increasingly complex world. Our state of the art curriculum trains kids in social entrepreneurship and connects them with accomplished mentors from a diverse range of backgrounds. We enable teens to learn from thought leaders and we empower them to actualize their ideas.
